Zhuo's new work under the Sun... (2022) for piccolo, sheng, pipa, viola and percussion (8'), was premiered at Tunghai University Music Centre, Taiwan on 18 September 2022. The piece was written for TimeArt Academy 2022 (organised by Tunghai University), with the topic subject 'Forgotten Voices', exploring the connection between contemporary music and different traditions. Zhuo was one of the 6 selected composers who also ran a workshop exploring features and techniques of Chinese traditional instruments. His work received very positive feedback from the ensemble and audience, and the ensemble is now scheduling it for further performances in the near future.
